Delivery and Returns
Our delivery system is as follows:
- We prepare your order within 24/48 hours. This period may be extended in the event of high demand.
- Once prepared, your order will be sent by post within 1 to 3 working days.
- Once the package has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number.
Each order contains the jewel(s), and protective packaging.
Delivery is free from 50 euros.
Our personalized jewelry is not refundable or exchangeable, unless the order has not been delivered or has been damaged.
Non-personalized jewelry can be exchanged within 14 days. If you wish to exchange one of your jewels, send an email to the address: email@example.com
If your order was damaged during its delivery, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged order upon receipt of your package as well as your order number within 3 working days from receipt of the package.
After these deadlines, no request can be taken into consideration.
In both cases, your order will be replaced and shipped again within 7 working days, so you will receive a new tracking number by email.
